My family

Announcing the birth of baby Miran. Do you know MIRAN is (1) an ancient oasis town in the Taklamakan Desert; (2) also an industrial hygiene equipment short for multiple gas infrared analyzer.

Now that is how you draw a scientific plot!

This is a picture we took during the 2015 Summer trip in China. Cici is driving an Audi, is that an indictor she will be engineering-minded like her dad?

Cici is fast-growing, and she is all pumped up for the trip to China this summer! (Picture taken on January, 2015)

I met my wife Yingjia in college when we were in China. The family moved to United States in 2009 after I decided to pursue my doctoral degree at the University of Florida. My wife is an environmental scientist and consultant, and she got her degree from the Gator Nation too! My precious daughter Cici was born in North Florida Medical Center on April 2013. Now we live happily in the beautiful town of Edmond, OK.

We took the picture when Cici was a hundred days old in Gainesville, FL!
